Therapeutic Bodywork

Each therapeutic massage session will be catered the clients individual needs at that time. Different modalities that are offered include Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Cupping, Scraping, or Active Release Techniques "ART".  All these approaches will be considered to help plan the session to ease the clients aches and pains, and increase their quality of life.  Clients can also request a Swedish relaxation massage to help ease the stress of the week and achieve a deeper sleep. 

Structural Integration & Balance

90 minutes     $165.00

This myofascial therapeutic session will be administered using techniques from The Core Structural Integrative Therapy Institute and The Anatomy Trains Structure & Balance approach.  The first session will start with a body reading to identify the areas where we will start treatment.  I will then use practical new holistic strategies to improve stability, coordination, and resolve long-standing compensations in postural and movement patterns.

 

On the Rocks 

60 Minutes  $110        90 Minutes   $160

Description:   Hot stone massage uses warm synergy stones combined with traditional massage techniques (choose Relaxation or Therapeutic)  to unravel tension in the body for a deeply relaxing experience.

Reiki Energy Work

60 minutes     $80.00

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a form of therapy that uses simple hands-on, no-touch, and visualization techniques, with the goal of improving the flow of life energy in a person.  Reiki provides many of the same benefits as traditional massage therapy, such as reducing stress, stimulating the immune system, increasing energy, and relieving the pain and symptoms of health conditions. It has been found to be very calming and reassuring for those suffering from severe or traumatic conditions.  

 

Couples Workshop

150 minutes (2.5 hours)    $275.00

In our couples workshop you can expect to learn some massage techniques that will not only save your hands, and body, but provide some much-needed relief to your loved ones.

You will learn to massage better, firmer, more gracefully and intuitively in a fun, safe, and tranquil environment. The couples’ workshop will cover the areas of tension for each specific individual. We highly recommend coming up with a game plan of areas of the body you’d like your instructor and partner to focus on, or you can to learn to give a fantastic Full Body Massage for the one you love.
While the workshop does require two people, and have a high number of romantic couples attending, attendees do not need to be romantic partners. Friends, families, and anyone interested in learning the enviable skill of giving an excellent massage, is welcome. Likewise, this class is open to all ages and types of couples. We have only one requirement of you: be a loving human being who is ready to give to your partner, as well as receive.

This massage workshop is fun, informative, and perfect for a memorable night.

Each workshop is 2.5 hours long, you will learn how to find the right pressure for your partner,  and how to therapeutically tune-in to your partner's body. Your instructor will guide you through the steps, and each of you will have a chance to both give and receive a therapeutic massage. (Each partner gets an HOUR of 4-handed massage!) Participants should come to class in comfortable clothing and be prepared to be conservatively draped with a sheet. Get ready to learn, relax, and have a fun time together!
